How Raam works
Raam is an 18+ social app that connects strangers through short videos of ordinary life. Once a day you send one moment and receive one. That's the whole app.
Raam has no public follower graph, no infinite feed, no direct messages and no public likes.

Your Raam opens
Once a day, at a moment you can’t predict, Raam sends one quiet notification: Your Raam is open. It only happens during your waking hours, and it’s different every day, so nobody gets time to prepare.
What if I miss it?
Then the day passes. Tomorrow there’s another one. Nothing builds up and nothing is lost.

Record what is in front of you
Point your phone at whatever is there and hold. Raam records seven seconds of first-person video with the sound around you. No filters, no editing, nothing from your camera roll.
Can I upload an old video?
No. Raam is about what is happening now.

Send it into the world
Your moment leaves your phone and goes to one stranger, somewhere else. You don’t choose who, and you don’t see who.
Can I choose who sees my Raam?
No. The stranger is part of the idea.

Another Raam arrives later
Give one, receive one. Some time after you send, another person’s ordinary moment finds you. It might be morning there. It might be the middle of the night.

Watch the moment first
No name, no place, no profile. For a few seconds it is just someone else’s life, and the sound of where they are.

Discover where it was recorded
When the moment ends, Raam tells you roughly where and when: a city or region, the local time and how far it travelled. Never an exact location.
Can people follow me?
No. There are no followers, no public profiles and no user search.

Send an Echo if you want
Choose one of six feelings: I smiled, I relate, I felt calm, It moved me, It made me think, Sending warmth. It goes back to the person who recorded the moment. That’s all.
What is an Echo?
A simple emotional response sent back to the person whose moment you saw. There are six, and there is no free text.
Can someone message me after seeing my Raam?
No. There are no direct messages and no comments. An Echo is the only thing that travels back.

Come back tomorrow
Then the day is done. There is nothing to scroll. Your own moments stay with you in My Life, and any Echoes that come back appear in Impact.
Can I keep my own moments?
Yes. My Life becomes your private archive. Only you can see it.
