What is slow social media?
Not less social. Less fast.

Slow social media is a loose name for apps that don’t optimise for time spent: no infinite scroll, no autoplay chains, fewer notifications, more intention.
What slow looks like
On Raam it means one notification a day, one moment sent and one received. There is no way to binge, and nothing to catch up on.

Slow apps can be more emotional, not less. When there is only one thing to see, you actually look at it.
